Advanced Performance with Alumina Ball

Advanced Performance With Alumina Balls

Alumina balls are lighter, smoother and harder than steel; they also resist corrosion more effectively with reduced lubrication needs and require less thermal expansion when exposed to high temperatures.

A 99% Inert Alumina Ceramic Ball has been meticulously designed for use in demanding industrial applications, boasting an ideal spherical surface to provide optimal contact and distribution of coatings. Furthermore, its low silica content helps prevent downstream equipment contamination.

EA-ASB-101

EA-ASB-101 is an advanced inert alumina ball support media designed to meet the rigorous demands of ammonia processing plants, from petrochemical refineries to ammonia manufacturing facilities. Crafted with 99+% alpha alumina and minimal silica content (0.2wt%), this product’s superior purity and strength ensures unparalleled stability under high temperature settings while its low silica composition helps protect downstream equipment against fouling or degradation, helping prevent catalyst bed fouling or fouling altogether.

Metalworking, glass making and heat treatment industries all benefit from the aluminum oxide material’s corrosion-resistance capabilities. Aluminum oxide ballsability to withstand different temperatures and chemicals ensures they don’t break down during crucial industrial processesthus improving safety and reliability for equipment during vital tasks. Furthermore, 12mm alumina balls are highly durable; wear-and-tear resistance reduces replacement needs while eliminating downtime associated with wear deterioration; they also act effectively at absorbing impurities to help ensure products and machinery remain uncontaminatedhelping maintain integrity within products and machinery.

EA-ASB-102

Engineered to withstand the rigorous conditions associated with petrochemical and ammonia processing, EA-ASB-102 offers peak performance. Crafted from an exclusive alumina blend and subjected to stringent firing protocols, its perfect spherical geometry and unparalleled chemical purity and strength make it unsurpassed in performance. Furthermore, its low silica content prevents catalyst bed fouling as well as downstream equipment coating ensuring the integrity of your process is not compromised by coating problems.

As an innovative alternative to Denstone 99 Support Media, this cutting-edge inert alumina ball support media is perfect for high temperature and steam applications. Constructed of 99% alpha alumina with minimal silica content and its impurity-free nature ensuring catalytic reactions occur more reliably while increasing productivity while prolonging investment lifecycles.

EA-ASB-103

EA-ASB-103 is an inert alumina ball support media designed for use in petrochemical and ammonia processing applications. Constructed using an expertly formulated blend of alumina powders that have undergone stringent firing protocols, its low silica content makes it chemically inert while protecting against catalyst bed fouling or downstream equipment coating.

Our structural study of ASB7 bound to its cognate substrate degron demonstrates how its eight tandem ANK repeats and SOCS box can assemble into a global structure suspended at its C-terminus. The LZTS1 degron fits snugly into ASB7’s binding groove, making extensive electrostatic contacts with nonpolar residues surrounding site 1 (Fig 3). At this critical position, carboxyl groups of residues E1 and E8 form salt bridges or hydrogen bonds with the guanidine or amide moieties present on LZTS1 degron while hydrophobic interactions develop between nonpolar side chains of LZTS1 degron and residues such as Trp118 and Ile159 in ASB7’s closed groove (Fig 3).

EA-ASB-104

EA-ASB-104 is an inert alumina support ball designed to meet even the toughest industrial environments with ease. Thanks to its carefully formulated blend and rigorous firing protocols, its flawless spherical geometry, exceptional chemical and thermal stability and unrivaled mechanical prowess ensure peak performance in any setting.

With 99+% alpha alumina content and minimal SiO2 levels, this advanced inert alumina is well suited to applications in high temperature/steam-rich settings for processing applications such as petrochemical and ammonia production. Furthermore, its chemically inert composition means no catalyst bed fouling or downstream equipment coating occurs in such settings.
